The concept of home is fairly simple on the surface. Many automatiaclly think of home being the structure where they sleep and have all their belongings in. However, when digging deeper into the key elements of what makes home a home, a persons answer will change.

In this piece, I invited my sister Halina to tell her perspective on what home is to her. Halina shares her experiences of living in her childhood home for most of her life, to waking up to a for sale sign in the front lawn.
